The Runaways directed by Floria Sigismondi (2010), is a film about the band The Runaways, the band members, and snippets of their lives before, during, and after the bands run. It was a fun film to watch from beginning to end. It provided some insight into the construction of the band and the lives of the members. With fame bands and the members lives tend to be immortalized into a sort of legend. The film felt very much like that. However, with every legend, the core of the story tends to hold some truth. As a whole, this film was a bit dry but watchable. This was the first time I have watch it but will probably be the last as one watch was good enough to absorb the story.
